How do I exchange my Valkyrie Gems Beads jewelry?
Valkyrie Gems Beads is happy to exchange all returned items that follow our Return Policy. You can make exclusively one exchange request for every item. Exchange requests will not be accepted if the item is no longer available.

Exchanged items will be sent to the orders delivery address within 7 days of us receiving it. Unless the return is a result of our error, shipping charges are non-refundable.
